It has been an eventful month. I had an investor come by to offer to buy my duplex (a really good solid one), construction of 2 train depots are in progress in my city with one within walking distance of my home, a new garden home complex about 1/2 mile away and a townhouse complex 1/2 mile in the other direction. This area is really improving, sooooooo...I am going to wait a bit to sell and hopefully, I will get a really good price for this duplex (enough to have money in bank to sustain my retirement)!
This area is very popular with families because of the best school district! There is an elementary, intermediate, high and christian private school all within 1/4 to 1/2 mile radius!
Anyhow, hope all of you had a most blessed Easter and got to spend it with loved ones! Here's the pages I created for the great nieces/nephews and my sisters!
Amy & Michael's 2 gorgeous girls.....Annabeth and Eliza
Margaret & Lance's 3....Hayden, Calvin & Wayne
Penny & Weymond's 5 grandchildren all in one photo and then individuals with Mimi & Papa!
My brother's daughter' Sebrina with her honey Jeffery, his son Thomas and with her mother Myrl.
This was my sister Kathy and I on Easter Sunday 1957...aren't we adorable? LOL!Here are a couple of extras I did for Penny of her five grandkids so she could choose which page she liked best...ALL of THEM was her reply...ROFL!
And some for Amy's girls' scrapbooks...some of Easter with the Hawthorne cousins and some of their trip to Atlanta to the Aquarium the weekend before with the Starling Cousins.
Next month is Mother's Day and anniversaries for Amy & Michael and Lance & Margaret and not to mention the birthdays of Michael, Christina, Kathy, Eliza & Me so I guess I best get busy making some more memory pages for my next blog post! ROFLMBO! Scrapping is so relaxing and very rewarding for me and I want to say THANK YOU to all the awesome designers that share their talent making this easier to do!
I will quit for this time, wishing all a fabulous week ahead and remember, make lots and lots and lots of memories to share! Chat more later, hugs, Mat
